For the first time in 30 seasons, Missouri State will be playing the NCAA FCS playoffs this week when the Bears travel to fellow Missouri Valley Football Conference foe North Dakota in a first-round game Saturday (3 p.m.) at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks. MSU was originally scheduled to play UND in a regular-season conference game on April 3 before the COVID-19 protocol in UND's Tier 1 caused the game to be canceled by the MVFC.

The Maryland football team will wrap up its 2021 spring season with its annual Red-White Spring Game on Saturday, April 24. Kickoff is set for Noon inside Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. The game will stream live on the Fox Sports App and air via tape delay on the Big Ten Network at 4 p.m. Kevin Kugler, Howard Griffith and Krystle Rich will be calling the action.
