JFF at 13; I dunno, man. He was nearly as big as Tebow, in terms of ESPN highlights and mentions, despite having nowhere near the career. Dillon Gabriel? Did he ever win a conference championship, in the three different conferences he played in? RG3 makes the Top 10, because Baylor actually created a football program in 2010, specifically to give RG3 a place to play.
