Texas State offensive coordinator Mack Leftwich was selected to the AFCA's 2024 35 Under 35 Coaches Leadership Institute, the AFCA announced.
Leftwich, who helped lead a Texas State offense that enters the bowl season ranked 10th in the country in total offense, was selected from a field of more than 175 applicants for the leadership institute.
In addition to being top-10 in the country in total offense, the Bobcats are 16th in the nation in scoring offense, 12th in first down offense, 22nd in rushing offense, and 22nd in passing offense.
In November, Leftwich was named a nominee for the Broyles Award, which is given to the nation's top assistant coach.
