The Baylor football program has finalized its 2023 support staff, it was announced by Coach Dave Aranda.
The Bears have solidified its support staff for the 2023 season, featuring the elevation of Jeff Grigus as Assistant AD for Football Operations and the addition of a bevy of talented staff members.
"We are excited about our staff for 2023," Aranda said. "We strive to have the best support staff in the nation and are extremely proud of this group and how they fit into our Person over Player mantra. They operate on a daily basis with the best interest of our student-athletes in mind and are committed to preparing Champions for Life."
Grigus, who joined the Bears for the 2022 Sugar Bowl after time at LSU, has been elevated to Assistant AD for Football Operations. Grigus, who was the Director of Football Operations at LSU for two seasons, is charged with managing all on and off field operations for the program.
The Bears have also added several new support staff members, including Zack Sheets as the Director of Team Development, Kaleb Wood as the Director of Football Technology, Jack DeBrincat as the Associate Director of Football Technology, Anthony Clavo Jr. as the Associate Director of Player Personnel, Landrie Walsh as the Associate Director of Football Operations, Aaron Appleberry as Assistant Director of Player Personnel.
In addition, Baylor has added to its Quality Control staff, featuring Eric Amoako, Parker Orgeron and Ryan Pollard. Former NFL offensive lineman Craig Watts has also joined the coaching staff as a graduate assistant.
