The Drake University men's basketball team closes the 2020-21 regular season this week with a two-game series at Bradley Feb. 26-27. With a pair of wins, the Bulldogs would secure a share of their second Missouri Valley Conference title in the last three years and the No. 1 seed at next week's MVC Tournament.
Friday's contest tips off at 6 p.m. on MVC TV affiliates while Saturday is now scheduled for a 6 p.m. start on ESPN+.
The Bulldogs enter the series with 23 wins, the second most in the nation and 14 conference wins, one shy of equaling the school record for Valley wins.
Drake has won four-straight games, thanks in part to MVC Co-Player of the Week Joseph Yesufu scoring 88 points in his last three outings including a 36-point outburst in the Bulldogs' most recent outing against Evansville.
Garrett Sturtz also posted his second career double-double in that win with a 12-point, 10-rebound performance as the Bulldogs outrebounded their 19th opponent this season.
Following the regular-season finale, the Bulldogs compete next Friday afternoon at the MVC Tournament in St. Louis as either the No. 1 or 2 seed.
