According to
Food and Wine
, these foods best represent the states they're associated with. West Virginia's pick is spot-on, but the runner up should be a West Virginia hot dog. Also, these turds didn't alphabetize the list, so you'll have to Ctrl + F to find your respective state:
Louisiana: Gumbo or jambalaya
Runner up: Etouffée ("I feel like Louisiana is the only state where you could get 10 different answers and they'd all be correct.")
