Following a 23-20 overtime win over Nebraska, the Michigan State football team moved up in the national polls this week.
The Spartans, 4-0 for the first time since 2015 and 2-0 in Big Ten action, are ranked No. 16 in the USA TODAY/AFCA Coaches Poll and No. 17 in The Associated Press Poll.
Michigan State returns to action for Homecoming against Western Kentucky (1-2) on Saturday, Oct. 2 in Spartan Stadium at 7:30 p.m. The game will be televised on the Big Ten Network.
