South Alabama Football's first-ever trip to play LSU in Tiger Stadium will kickoff at 6:45 p.m. CT on Sept. 28.
The matchup between the Jaguars and Tigers will be televised on SEC Network. Tickets to see the game in person can be purchased here.
South enters the 2024 season after going 7-6 in 2023 and winning the first bowl game in program history, a 59-10 beatdown of Eastern Michigan in the 68 Ventures Bowl. The Jags also won their second game over a Power 5 opponent in school history when they invaded Boone Pickens Stadium and took down Oklahoma State, 33-7. LSU finished the 2023 campaign with a 10-3 record, including a 35-31 victory over Wisconsin in the ReliaQuest Bowl.
South Alabama will open its 2024 schedule at home against North Texas on Saturday, Aug. 31. Kickoff for that contest is slated for 4 p.m. CT.
