Jordan Turner, a junior linebacker with the Wisconsin football team, has been reinstated to his team, Director of Athletics Chris McIntosh announced. The reinstatement occurred following an internal inquiry by a committee of university staff.

Turner was suspended from competition and practice after violating the UW Department of Athletics' Student-Athlete Discipline Policy.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects any additional information regarding disciplinary actions toward a student.
