The NC State football team will look to continue its recent success in Carter-Finley Stadium in a seven-game home schedule, announced by the ACC. Head coach Dave Doeren will open his 10th season as head coach of the Wolfpack on a 10-game home winning streak.
NC State opens with four straight non-conference match-ups before beginning its ACC slate.. The Pack will also be featured in nationally televised games on Thursday (home vs. Virginia Tech on Oct. 27) and Friday (on the road at UNC on Nov. 25).
The season starts on September 3 with a quick road trip to East Carolina. The contest will mark the first true-road game to open the season for NC State since 2008, and will be the first trip to Greenville since 2016.
Carter-Finley Stadium will be the site for the next three contests, as Charleston Southern, Texas Tech and Connecticut all come to Raleigh to close out the non-conference portion of the schedule.
The Pack will open ACC action on Oct. 1 at Clemson. Florida State will be the first home ACC game on Oct. 8, followed by a trip to Syracuse on Oct. 15.
After an open week on Oct. 22, NC State will host three straight ACC contests. Virginia Tech will make their first trip to Raleigh since 2010 for a Thursday night game on Oct. 27, followed by Wake Forest (Nov. 5) and Boston College (Nov. 12).
NC State will end the regular season with back-to-back ACC road contests for the first time since 2010. The Pack will play at Louisville on Nov. 19 then at North Carolina on Nov. 25.
