The good news continues to roll in for fans of USC basketball as Kijani Wright from Sierra Canyon High School in California, has announced he will sign with the Trojans men's basketball team.
The Southern California commit is currently ranked as the 16th-best player in the country, according to ESPN's Top 100 for the Class of 2022. Wright, a 6-foot-9, 235-pounder, also Arkansas, Stanford and Texas in the running. Next season will see Wright at Sierra Canyon High School with Bronny James, the son of Lakers star LeBron James, and fellow high-profile recruits Amari Bailey, Ramel Lloyd, Jr. and Shy Odom.
"Everyone runs their own race," said Wright in a statement. "Don't get caught up in what he or she is doing because no one is the same. Run your race and be in control of what you want to do. What I am doing is committing to the University of Southern California."
