TCU men's basketball announced the signing of Texans and top 100 players Isaiah Manning and Jace Posey.
Manning is a 6-7 forward from Mansfield, Texas. He is in his final season at Mansfield Legacy High School and is ranked No. 6 in the state by Texas Basketball Review and No. 65 in the nation according to The Circuit.
Manning averaged 14.8 points and 9.7 rebounds as a junior last season and shot 49.7 percent from the field, including 39.4 percent from 3-point range. Manning put up similar numbers as a sophomore with 14.8 points and 7.8 rebounds per game and a 58.3 percent effort from the field.
Posey is a 6-4 forward from Houston. He is ranked as the 15th best player in the state by Great American Shootout (GASO) and the 76th best player nationally according to 247Sports.
Posey, the son of former NBA Champion James Posey, averaged 13 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game last season as a junior. As a sophomore, he averaged 12 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists.
