West Virginia’s Logan Sauve (player) and Oklahoma State’s Harrison Bodendorf (pitcher and newcomer) earned Big 12 baseball weekly honors.

Sauve hit .556 with a pair of home runs and four RBI in a pair of wins over Houston. The Mountaineers’ catcher opened the series with three hits and a walk before hitting two home runs in the series finale in the first multi-homer Conference game of his career. Sauve’s offensive output helped propel West Virginia to a pair of wins by seven runs.

Bodendorf swept the pitcher and newcomer awards with a 10-inning gem in the Cowboys’ series-opening win at then-No. 24 Arizona. The lefthander allowed one earned run, allowed three hits and struck out 10 hitters in the victory while retiring 15 consecutive batters. He became just the eighth Big 12 pitcher since 2003, and the first since 2009, to throw 10 innings in an appearance. The award was Bodendorf’s third of the season, and he now leads the Conference with seven wins in 2025.
