The Big 12 Conference’s weekly football honors were awarded to the running back tandem of Texas Tech’s Cameron Dickey and BYU’s LJ Martin (offensive) alongside TTU’s David Bailey and K-State’s Des Purnell (defensive) for Week Seven. Cincinnati’s Max Fletcher and Ethan Sanchez from Houston received special teams accolades, and BYU quarterback Bear Bachmeier was named Freshman of the Week. Utah received Offensive Line of the Week honors, while Texas Tech received the Defensive Line award.
