The Utah men's basketball team is set to host Westminster in an exhibition game on Thursday, Nov. 4, at 6 p.m. in the Jon M. Huntsman Center prior to its season-opener against Abilene Christian on Tuesday, Nov. 9.
Fans that have yet to renew their season tickets or those looking to purchase new season tickets for the 2021-22 campaign can do so online or by calling the Utah Ticket Office at 801-581-UTIX (8849).
Seating for the exhibition game between the Runnin' Utes and Griffins will be general admission and FREE for all fans in attendance with the exception of seats on the floor.
The exhibition will serve as a primer for both teams as they get ready for their season-openers. The Utes will welcome in Abilene Christian for its season and home-opener on Tuesday, Nov. 9, while the Griffins open the 2021-22 campaign in a neutral site contest against Western New Mexico in Odessa, Texas.
ACU had a solid 2020-21 season going 24-5 overall and 13-2 in Southland play while earning the automatic bid after claiming the conference tournament title. Abilene Christian, who was the No. 14 seed, then made a splash in the bubble when it bounced heavily favored No. 3 Texas 53-52 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament inside Lucas Oil Stadium.
