Morris Udeze drew a charge with 4.1 seconds remaining in the game, which proved to be the winning play for the Shockers.

Clarence Jackson made a pair of 3s and Craig Porter Jr. got a steal and a pair of buckets to cut the lead to four with 8:41 remaining.
After the Bulls pulled ahead by seven points with 6:00 on the clock, the Shockers ended the game on a 10-2 run, allowing just one bucket.
Udeze drew the eventual game-winning charge and Tyson Etienne followed with a one-and-one chance at the free-throw line. He missed the front end, but the Bulls' final half-court shot didn't go down.
Tyson Etienne led the Shockers in scoring with 20 points. He added five rebounds and two steals.
Alterique Gilbert scored 12 points and made two key triples down the stretch for Wichita State. He also grabbed four rebounds and two steals.
Udeze was one point shy of a double-double. He scored nine points and collected 11 rebounds.
