UConn wide receiver Geordon Porter (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) has received an invitation to participate in both the New York Giants and New York Jets rookie minicamps in May.

Porter joined the Huskies this past fall as a transfer from New Mexico. He played in all 12 games for the UConn offense and caught 22 passes for 213 yards and a touchdown.  He averaged 9.7 yards per catch.  Prior to coming Storrs, Porter had one season with the Lobos where he finished the 2022 season appearing in eight games with 22 catches for 312 total yards and a pair of touchdowns. He averaged 2.8 receptions on the year and 14.2 yards per catch.

He had a four year stint at Arizona State where he had recorded 14 career catches for 250 yards and a touchdown.  During his collegiate career, Porter finished with 58 catches for 775 yards and four touchdowns.
